Tasks & responsibilities Propose seasonal purchase budgets for preorders and reorders at the product category level, in alignment with the overall merchandising strategy Create Excel-based order forms, including all necessary data, to enable store managers to place data-driven orders Analyze inventory and sell-through to minimize stock depreciation and maximize stock rotation through appropriate corrective actions (transfers, promotions, reorder block) Conduct performance analyses for individual SKUs, focusing on Brand Key Styles, and implement markdown strategies for worst-sellers Adjust automatic replenishment settings to prevent stock-outs and overstock of in-assortment SKUs Prepare sales lists and import discounts into the POS system (Y2) Develop periodic sales statistics and KPI analyses by channel Communicate with stores regarding product availability and promotional actions Profile 2 years of experience in Merchandising, Assortment Planning or similar roles in well-structured retail organizations Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or Store Manager is a strong advantage Experience with apparel and accessories, ideally in technical or specialized sectors Workplace: Bolzano, IT If you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
